The dining room is connected with the kitchen which is completely equipped. On this floor there are two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, a TV room and a staff bedroom by the kitchen.

On the upper floor is a very large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a terrace overlooking Las Brisas Golf. A second large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on this floor, as well as two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom. On the lowest floor is a living room with two Balinese beds which can be used by teenagers, sauna and shower room.

The extensive pool area has a gazebo and BBQ where meals can be served.

The resident butler provides 8 hours service, 6 days a week. The butler will welcome you at your arrival. A cleaning service is included. Additional extra service can be hired like cooks, waiters, maids and security guards. A limousine transfer can also be organised at an extra cost to fetch you at the airport.
